Patient: Male Patient (1-on-1 Care)

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum one (1) year CNA or CHHA experience.

• Licensure: Current California State CNA or CHHA License.

• Certifications: Valid CPR Certificate.

• Compliance: Negative TB test result

• Transportation: Licensed CA Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle (or adequate means of transportation).

• Background: Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
