Bezalel Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local regulations. Provide leadership, support staff, and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
Requirements:
Current NY RN license
Nursing home/LTC experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
