Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Caregiver to join our team at Seniors Helping Seniors Southern Arizona in Bisbee, Arizona. As a Caregiver, you will provide in-home care services to seniors, empowering them to live independent lives by taking care of day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as they age. Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and non-medical care to seniors in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom

• Support clients with mobility and flexibility issues, including transferring, ambulating, and positioning

• Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks

• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to our management team

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in caregiving and client care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (n/a)

• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
