About the Role:

As a CDL Licensed Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting patients to and from our skilled nursing facility, ensuring their safe and comfortable travel. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide exceptional customer service, building trust with our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from our facility, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols

• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, mileage, and patient information

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding transportation arrangements and any issues that may arise

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our vehicles, adhering to infection control standards

• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized transportation plans for our patients
