About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing nursing care to our residents in accordance with their individualized care plans

• Assessing and monitoring resident conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing

• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by our medical team

• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and condition

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Participating in resident care conferences and discharge planning

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas
