Ohio Certified Peer Support SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Peer SUPERVISOR certificate to join our team. As a Certified Peer Specialist, you will provide invaluable support and guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges by sharing your own lived experiences.

Duties: - Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower individuals in their recovery journey - Provide crisis intervention and management services when needed - Offer addiction counseling and behavioral health support - Conduct peer mentoring sessions to promote personal growth and resilience - Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized care plans - Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system
