Part-Time | 8-Hour Shifts

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time — 3:30 PM–11:30 PM and/or 11:30 PM–7:30 AM; rotating weekends and holidays required; day shifts available occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Assist residents with mobility, transportation, and transfers while ensuring safety and comfort

• Foster resident independence and dignity through personalized, respectful care

• Respond promptly to emergency situations to ensure resident well-being

• Support the Personal Care office as needed

Qualifications:

• Missouri CNA license preferred; candidates with 5+ years of caregiving experience in senior living also considered

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA program completion accepted in lieu of license

• 3+ years of CNA experience in a senior living or healthcare setting required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
