Solomons Nursing and Rehab Center is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our "in house" rehabilitation team.

The PTA works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. This role includes providing therapeutic interventions, educating residents on safe techniques, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current Maryland PTA license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality resident-centered care
