Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner.
Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Accurately document resident history, vitals, and any clinical changes.
Communicate effectively with registered nurses (RNs), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Current LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Passion for providing person-centered care
Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehab, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
