What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice.

• Monitor residents' conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing care.

• Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.

• Promote resident safety, comfort, independence, and overall well-being.

• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Colorado or a compact state.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• A compassionate approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependability and a commitment to providing quality care.
