Receptionist/Assistant Staffing Coordinator

We serve the communities of Middlesex, Mercer and Northern Monmouth Counties and provide care from a few hours a day to overnight shifts to live-in care.

Office Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls.

• You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, and community organizations.

• Assist potential clients calling our office for information on Right at Home's services.

Requirements

• Basic computer and telephone skills.

• Customer service experience.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize every day.

• Patience and understanding to ensure we help our caregivers, our clients and our partners.

• Drivers license in good standing

• Ability to transport caregivers in company or personal vehicle.
