About the Role:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Highland Care Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve communication skills

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve patient outcomes

• Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and wellness

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients
