About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNA to join our dedicated team. As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and vital signs
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Promoting a culture of safety, respect, and dignity for all residents
