Evening Receptionist

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring receptionists for the evening shift!

4:30p-8:30p shift. All days available. Weekly pay at $16 an hour. As our receptionist, you are the face of the facility while greeting guests, managing incoming mail and packages, and assisting with phone calls.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate telephone using proper phone etiquette.

• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.

• Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.

• Responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.

• Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies.

• Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.

• Other duties as assigned by manager.
