About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for assisting our nursing staff with the administration of medications and treatments to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding our residents' medical conditions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and treatments

• Work collaboratively with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and comfort to our residents

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to improve our services and outcomes
