LPN Requirements:

• Current/Active Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure

LPN Schedule:

• M/Tu/Sa and Su/Tu/W alternating, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, or
• Sa/Su, 6:00 pm - 2:00 am
