Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Perform vital signs, dressing changes, and other skilled nursing tasks

• Manage the CNA schedule and assist with covering call in/vacations

• Assist with completing CNA competencies and education as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards
