Job Summary:

Alden Estates of Jefferson, a premier provider of short-term rehabilitation, transitional care, and post-acute services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing will play a vital role in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of our Nursing Department. Responsibilities Include:

• Fostor a culture of excellence, inspire teamwork, and promote a positive work environment.

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and standards of practice for the Nursing Department.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery of patient care.

• Participate in budget development and management, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.

• Minimum of one (1) year nursing administration experience.

• Must possess current CPR certificate or become certified within two weeks of employment.

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel, and the public.

• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability.

• Must be personable, enthusiastic, and resourceful.

Salary:

$100,000 - $120,000 Annually
