Louisville Gardens is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Housekeeping & Laundry team!

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces

• Perform routine housekeeping and sanitation duties

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident and facility laundry

• Follow infection control and safety procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping and laundry areas

• Work closely with other departments to provide a comfortable environment for our residents

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and reliable attendance

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive, resident-focused attitude

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus, but not required

• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus
