We are currently seeking both Full-Time and PRN (as needed) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. The LPN is responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.
