What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Respond to call lights and resident needs

• Take and record vital signs and other resident information

• Assist with meals, mobility, and transportation

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care

• Complete required documentation

Qualifications

• Current Oregon CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
