We welcome out-of-state candidates and provide support during the Oregon RN licensure transfer process. Washington nurses are encouraged to apply and may work while obtaining Oregon licensure as permitted by state regulations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents

• Conduct assessments and monitor resident conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting quality resident care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Current RN license or eligibility for Oregon licensure

• Out-of-state licenses accepted while obtaining Oregon licensure

• Experience or interest in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
