Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as directed by the physician

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the physician and other healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for our residents

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred

• Registered Nurse License - must be a licensed and certified Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland
