You will work closely with our dietary team to plan and prepare meals, maintain patient dietary records, and assist with inventory management. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks to patients and residents
• Maintain accurate patient dietary records and tracking systems
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and equipment
• Perform other dietary tasks as needed, such as meal delivery and cleaning up after meals
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare menus and special diets
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
