Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

• Previous Experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) preferred 

• BSN /Associate degree in nursing or Pending BSN

• Valid Registered Nurse License   

• Good critical thinking, communication, & leadership skills

• Good planning & problem-solving skills

• The ability to work under stressful condition

• Managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
