NOW HIRING: Part-Time Social Worker

• Schedule: 8 hours per week

• Flexible Hours: Ability to arrange hours throughout the week

Responsibilities for Social Worker:

• Provide emotional and psychosocial support to residents and their families.

• Assist residents with care planning, discharge planning, and accessing community resources.

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.

• Advocate for residents' rights, needs, and quality of life.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Social Worker:

• Valid Social Worker License in the applicable state.

• Previous experience as a Social Worker preferred.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
