Job Summary:

As a Home Health Aide, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-home care to our clients. Home Health Aide at Right at Home Northwest is seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with managing medications, incontinence care, and other personal care needs
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Care Coordinator and/or supervising healthcare provider
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass a background check and obtain TB test
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
