The Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our facility leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing business office operations, supporting financial processes, and ensuring strong communication with residents, families, and payers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being a key operational partner to the Administrator and leadership team while supporting residents and families through important financial coordination.

Your Role

• Oversee day-to-day business office operations including billing, accounts receivable, and cash management

• Manage resident trust accounts and payer communications

• Coordinate Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing processes

• Support admissions and discharges related to financial documentation

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility financial regulations

• Partner with the Administrator and leadership team on reporting and operational coordination

• Serve as a resource for residents and families regarding account questions and coverage details

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business office operations, healthcare billing, or administrative leadership required

• Long-term care experience strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing processes preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-based environment

• Professional communication skills with residents, families, and staff
