Your Role:

• Provide activities focused on entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and leading daily activities and events

• Support the preparation and distribution of activity calendars and resident documentation

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

• Encourage participation and create enthusiasm for activities

• Help support residents’ emotional, social, and recreational well-being

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For:

• CNA certification preferred, but not required

• One year of related experience preferred, especially in long-term care

• Creative, dependable, and motivated team player

• Passionate about working with seniors and encouraging resident engagement

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality resident care
