What You’ll Need:

• RN license in Missouri (active & in good standing)

• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to get one

• A positive attitude and solid clinical skills

• Previous long-term care experience is a bonus, but not required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff with kindness and confidence

• Administer meds, monitor resident care, and update charts like a pro

• Communicate with doctors, families, and your amazing team

• Stay on top of documentation, care plans, and shift reports

• Help create a calm, safe, and supportive space for residents and staff
