About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our Morris County, New Jersey, team on a part-time basis. As an ABA Therapist (RBT) with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies to improve behaviors and skills
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to ABA therapy
• Providing Parent Training to educate and empower parents to carry over skills and strategies in the home environment
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including data collection and analysis

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a motivated and experienced ABA Therapist (RBT) who is passionate about working with children with Autism. If you possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education) and have completed the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) program and Registry Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• A minimum of [insert number] months of experience working with children with Autism in an ABA therapy setting
