Salary: Up to $53/hour

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain detailed patient medical records while closely monitoring vital signs.

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure smooth and effective workflow.

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.

• Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing team members.

• Monitor medical charts and offer compassionate care to patients and their families.

• Collaborate with physicians and administrators to improve patient care quality.

• Communicate protocol updates promptly to nursing staff.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Maintain accurate reports related to patient care and activities.

• Handle any emergencies or issues calmly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of New York.
