• Administer medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Monitor and record medication administration, dosages, and side effects

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature

• Engage with residents through social interactions, recreational activities, and cognitive stimulation

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
