• Provide expert speech-language pathology services to our residents, including assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills

• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nurses to develop personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in staff in-service training to stay current on best practices and industry developments
