Activity Assistant Opportunity!

Pana Health & Rehab Center is looking for a Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our growing team!

Your Role

The Activity Assistant supports the Activity Director in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational programs designed to meet the individualized interests and needs of our residents.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide activities focused on entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and carrying out daily activity programs

• Help prepare and distribute activity calendars and communication materials

• Document resident participation and activity involvement

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

• Encourage participation and create enthusiasm for activities and events

• Support a warm, engaging, and resident-focused environment

• Complete additional duties as assigned by management
