Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff while ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance and support

• Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Complete assessments and ensure accurate nursing documentation

• Communicate resident needs and changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers

• Assist with staff assignments and ensure appropriate coverage

• Provide direction and support to CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staff

• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Promote infection control, resident safety, dignity, and quality of care

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in the state of employment

• Experience in long-term care, a skilled nursing facility, or a nursing home

• Experience in a supervisory role

• CPR Certification

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team

• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
