* Prepare meals following traditional recipes, and according to certain diets. Have meals for chopped, ground and puree textures.

* Maintain area as clean and organized possible in accordance with sanitation guidelines.

* Work on prep prior to cooking.

* Work with some food deliveries.

* Maintain refrigerators as clean and organized possible.

* Follow all required logging, like cooking temp, cooling temp, fridges temp, etc.

* Have some supervision control on staff for things regarding cleaning, answering phones, dealing with residents, etc.
