LPN

Looking for LPN's experienced and newly grads for Major Medical Facility in the Bronx.

Must be CERTIFIED by the state.

Monday through Friday 

8.30am-5pm

Job Summary:
The LPN provides basic nursing care to patients in an urban healthcare setting, such as a clinic, community health center, hospital, or long-term care facility. The LPN works with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care and monitor patients’ conditions.

• Take vital signs and document patient information.

• Administer medications and treatments as directed and within scope of practice.

• Assist patients with daily care needs.

• Communicate patient concerns to the RN or healthcare provider.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

• Follow infection-control, safety, and workplace policies.

• Work respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds and communities.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.

• CPR/BLS certification as required.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced urban healthcare environment.

• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
