• Primary Care, Medical, and Pre-/Post-op Care
• Full Time = Monday-Friday 
  • No weekends!
  • No late hours!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Year 1 potential: $155,000-$175,000 base + bonus model
  • Experienced top earners making $200,000
• Equity Buy-in Option
  • $15,000 Sign-on Bonus available
  • Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance available
