About the Role

As a Home Care Companion, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing companionship, emotional support, and assisting with daily living activities. We serve the communities of Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort, and we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADL skills and home care, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Home Care Companion is a vital role that requires a high level of dedication, patience, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Encourage independence and assist with mobility exercises

• Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team
