Job Qualifications:

• Have A Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
• Current photo id
• Social Security Card
• Full Physical, PPD, Rubella & Rubeola titers (within 6 months)
• Drug Screen (within 6 months)
• Flu vaccine
• Two References letters
• Proof of Address
• Direct deposit info

• Day Shift
