Key Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will:

• Provide bedside nursing care to residents.

• Participate in care planning and implement individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.

• Assess residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Supervise and coordinate care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Apply problem-solving skills to address resident care needs.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

LPN Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

• Active New Jersey LPN license.

• Previous LPN experience in acute care or long-term care preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Compassionate bedside manner and commitment to resident-centered care.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
