Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant to help create meaningful experiences for our residents—both in our community and out on the road.

This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with seniors and leading activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliably work Wed - Sat 9:45 am - 4:15 pm, including holidays

• Assist with daily activities and life enrichment programs

• Lead or support group activities between driving responsibilities

• Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents

• Step in to run activities when the Director or team is unavailable

• Ability to be a back-up bus driver as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in senior living, activities, or caregiving preferred

• Friendly, energetic, and dependable personality

• Ability to work independently and engage residents
