What You’ll Be Doing:

·       Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care 

·       Supervise nursing staff to ensure best practice

·       Develop and implement individualized care plans 

·       Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being

·       Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

·       Active RN/LPN license in the state of Virginia

·       CPR/BLS Certification

·       Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
