Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement recreational activities, programs, and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents

• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and vendors to provide a wide range of activities and services

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

• Recruit and supervise staff and volunteers to assist with activities and programs

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• At least 2 years' experience in Activities and Long Term/Healthcare, with management experience a plus

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic approach to working with seniors
