About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Nurse to join our team in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our residents. This is a FullTime opportunity that offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with behavioral health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare providers

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Demonstrate respect, honesty, communication, and emotional intelligence when caring for patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current RN lic

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
