As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality care to residents while adhering to professional standards of practice. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure that residents' needs are met by facility policies, physician orders, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

• Salary: $45 - $55 HOURLY

About the Role:

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in residents' conditions

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goals

• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists

• Ensuring that documentation and charting are accurate, complete, and up-to-date

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

• Educating residents and families about their healthcare needs and treatments

• Responding to emergencies and providing first aid as needed

• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care in the facility

Requirements:

• Valid and current RN license in the state of California

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, in-patient rehabilitation, or in-patient behavioral health setting

• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
