Winston Manor is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. Our CNAs play an essential role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals

• Provide personal care in a respectful and dignified manner

• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as directed

• Take and document vital signs and other resident information as assigned

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse

• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care as directed

• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident care areas

• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, safety, and confidentiality

• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

• Communicate effectively with residents, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Follow facility policies, infection-control practices, and resident-care procedures

• Perform additional resident-care duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and established care procedures

• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care and ICF environment

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including assisting with resident mobility and transfers

• Must meet applicable health and background requirements

Schedule

Available shifts include:

• AM: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• PM: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• NOC: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on facility needs
