Sunrise Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a highly organized and dependable Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our growing team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily business office operations while supporting residents, families, and facility leadership in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

The Business Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth financial and administrative operations while maintaining compassionate service and professionalism in every interaction.

Your Role:

• Process and monitor Medicaid pending applications

• Prepare and submit write-off requests according to collection policies

• Prepare and manage daily deposits

• Oversee all Accounts Payable functions

• Coordinate and oversee payroll processes

• Supervise Business Office staff and workflow

• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records

• Ensure compliance with billing practices, Medicaid/Medicare regulations, and facility policies

• Assist leadership with additional administrative duties as needed

• Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, insurance billing, payroll, or healthcare business office operations preferred

• Knowledge of computerized office systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset

• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions effectively
