Your Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a key role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide compassionate and resident-centered nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments within your RN scope of practice

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to nursing leadership

• Promote restorative care and resident independence

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

• Mentor and support fellow nursing staff

• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations

Who We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professional

• Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive environment
